Welcome to Seafield Psychology

Guidance and support for neurodivergent minds, families and everyday challenges.

Our approach

At Seafield Psychology, support begins with really understanding you. Using evidence-based therapies and a calm, compassionate style, we help children, young people, and adults make sense of their experiences and move forward with confidence.

Whether you’re seeking therapy, guidance around neurodiversity, or a safe space to talk, we’ll work together at a pace that feels right.
